Is this program legal?

Do I get paid by HUD/FHA or by the people who have money owed to them?
You will receive a small protion from each person that you are able to assist in collecting their unclaimed refunds. In no case will HUD/FHA make a seperate check payable to you.
 
How long will it take me to get paid?
